Mary Beth Hines

Mary Beth attended school at Valdosta State University in Valdosta, Georgia, and graduated with a BFA degree, majoring in Interior Design. She worked as a Senior Design Project Coordinator in the healthcare industry until 2014 when she switched to a career in retail banking.  She moved into Investment Services in 2016.

Mary Beth holds her Series 6, Series 63, and Series 65 Securities Registrations through LPL Financial, and Life/Health Insurance Licenses as well. Mary Beth works from our Conrad, Iowa location and supports Tony Lyon’s client needs across the North Region of Iowa, including Belle Plaine, Parkersburg, and Cedar Falls/Waterloo. Mary Beth takes particular interest in assisting Financial Advisors to educate new investors about the basics of the industry. She enjoys one on one discussions on the different types of IRA’s, 403b Plans and SIMPLE IRAs, education savings plan options, and life insurance.

Mary Beth was married in 2005 and her husband is an FAA IA mechanic in general aviation. They have 2 young daughters that she loves cooking and baking with. They also enjoy spending time at home with their pets and taking cross-country road trips to vacation with family. She volunteers on the Conrad Chamber-Main Street Board, Public Library Foundation Board, and community events throughout the year.
